WHY CAN’T YOU RETURN A CLOCK TO US YOU BOUGHT ON AMAZON
Amazon.com is not one of our authorized dealers. Our models that are sold on Amazon.com have been purchased from one of our dealers, such as Sam’s Club, Target, or Costco and are being resold online. We have no way of knowing if you are being sold a new clock or one with a problem that has been repackaged. This is why we are unable to honor the warranty if the clock has not been purchased from an authorized dealer. We will honor the manufacturer’s warranty if you provide proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. If you have purchased a clock from somewhere other than our authorized dealer, we ask that instead of contacting us you return the clock to the point of retail purchase.
WE ARE NOT THE ONLY SELLERS OF THE SKYSCAN BRAND
If you do not see your model clock on our website it may not be one sold by our dealers. Certain models of clocks have been licensed to be sold by third parties. Those models should be returned to the point of purchase or according to the instructions in the manual. We are sorry we cannot help you with those models. We are not familiar with them and they do not necessarily work the same as our models.
If you purchased your clock at WalMart you should refer to your manual.
If your model number contains “WS” or your clock says “LaCrosse” then you have a LaCrosse clock. Their web site is: www.lacrossetechnology.info .
Not all clocks are the same so we cannot help you with Sharpe, Oregon Scientific, or AcuRite brand clocks.
